Registration FAQs

Q: How do I register for Health Equity Training?

A: Click on the Health Equity Training tab from the menu at the top of the James Mason Speaks home page. Next, click on the name of the course you wish to take (e.g., Introduction to Health Equity: Implications for Health and Human Service Professionals. Follow the prompts to enter your personal details and payment info, and click Register to complete your registration.

Q: I’ve already registered/paid for the course. How do I access the course materials?

A: After you have registered, you can access the course in two ways:

1.        Ensure you are signed in to the Google account that matches the email you used during registration. Navigate to the James Mason Speaks website home page, and click on the Health Equity Training tab. Your course page will display. Click on the course title to access the course.

2.        Navigate to the James Mason Speaks website home page. Hover your cursor over the Health Equity Training tab and click Log In. Enter the email address you used to register and the password you created during registration.

Q: I still need help with registration/accessing the course. What can I do?
